Ted
Okey
Pablo's Pizza of Fruita
858-8300
Drs. Ted and Merrilee Okey fell in love with Pablo's Pizza in
early 2000. Their favorite meal was to split an antipasto salad and to order
a 12 inch 1/2 and 1/2 pizza so they could try everything from the Usual to the
Chupacabra. Then, in 2005, they read that Pablo's was franchising and they set
out to be the first one. They opened the doors of their own Pablo's at 456 Kokopelli
Blvd. Unit C on March 16, 2006, and are eager to celebrate their third anniversary.
Since opening, they have added a patio for outside dining, as well as a portable
restaurant which allows them to particpate in all the local festivals.
Winners of the Chamber of Commerce Horizon Business Award for
best new business of 2006 and Best of the West Pizza Place for 2009, The Okey's
are proud to be members of the Fruita Chamber and the Fruita Community. Pablo's
Pizza of Fruita offers a full line of food services, including dine-in, pick-up,
delivery, and catering. Ted and Merrilee invite customers to enjoy their gourmet
pizzas, salads, soups, paninis and, of course, their special chocolate chip,
almond toffee cookies. To learn more about Pablo's Pizza, visit their web site
